Randonneur 10,000 Award

To receive the Randonneur 10,000 medal, a rider must complete 10,000 km in official ACP (Audax Club Parisien) recognized events within six years. This 10,000 km must include two rides at each of the basic distances (200, 300, 400, 600 & 1000 km), a Flèche Pacifique (or equivalent, 360 km+), a Paris - Brest - Paris (1200 km), another 1200+ recognized by RM (Randonneur Mondeaux) and a Super Randonnée 600 (a 600 km ACP brevet which includes 8,000 metres of climbing completed in under 40 hours). Like the Super Randonneur medal and the Randonneur 5000 medal, the Randonneur 10,000 medal is awarded by Audax Club Parisien in France.

For the record...

The rules for the Super Randonnée 600 component of the Randonneur 10,000 award changed on November 1, 2022. Before this date a Super Randonnée 600 was comprised of a 600 km permanent which included 10,000 metres of climbing completed in less than 60 hours. The seven Randonneur 10,000 awards earned by BC Randonneurs riders included the SR600 component of the award using the pre-Novmeber 2022 rules. The three BC Super Randonnée 600 routes used were: Heart of the Kootenays, Sea to Skies and Okanagan Ski Touring.
