BC Rando Jackets Everywhere

This was too interesting a coincidence not to pass along. Dan McGuire, one of the original four BC Randonneurs, gave his jacket to Greg Walker, an Australian Dan had met cycling in Vietnam. Later, Gladys Schmidt (left in lower photo) and some cycling friends from the Comox Valley on the Island ran into the Australian wearing Dan's BC Randonneurs jacket on the Danube Trail in Slovakia. Photos taken on a ferry on the Danube River. Maybe we should all give our BC jackets to other cyclists and see where they end up... (EF)
