This is the best on line resource for any sort of information about ultra cycling. There are sub sections with articles on equiptment, training, and nutrition by an impressive field of experts (including our very own Susan Barr!) as well as other information about ultra cycling around the world, but naturally enough, with a focus on distance cycling in the US. To get the most out of this huge site learn your way around the site index. The UMCA also has a 44 page handbook which I have not seen.
