[Some comments from the e mail message from Jean Richard that accompanied his control booklet and other personal artifacts from PBP 1966.] The picture in my control card was some years older: in 1966, the Elvis-like hair was already out (but most of the girls still tried to arrange their hair like Brigitte Bardot...). At the check-points, the time of arrival had to be registered manually (you know already the alarm-clock of Mrs. Lepertel [see photo] - the procedure was similar everywhere) and only Morlaix had a dating stamp. |
