I rode Lumpy today. I found I still had the control card on my flash drive from when I used it as a brevet on 2019, so I used that. Beautiful ride, but I did not give it the respect it demands and paid the price. The first 115 or so was really fun, but I underestimated the humidity and didn't use enough electrolytes. The last 95 was a headwind, washboard and cramp festival. I saw two mule deer, one whitetail and one medium sized black bear. Thought I had missed the rain, but I got drenched in the last 2 km. 10:28 total time.
