Start/Finish: East 4th Avenue at Boundary (near Boundary & Lougheed)

This route is a change of plan. The Carnation route has been complicated by the traffic changes because of the I-5 bridge collapse near Mount Vernon. The replacement route will be the 2010 version of the Merritt Loop.

There will be a bag drop at the Lytton control, 360 km.
